A: convertible ups the premium. Mustang’s reputation ups the premium. Mustang’s extra HP ups the premium.

Sedan is cheaper by being a sedan.

A: Programmers may work fine, but usually those are used for power increases which you want to exploit in order to make the cost of the programmer worth while. That is counterproductive to the goal of increasing mileage. If you really want better milage, adjust how you drive rather than adjusting the car.

I have a SRT8 Charger which is not known for it’s great mileage. When I drive it like it’s supposed to be driven, I get around 12 mpg in town. If I’m really careful (don’t downshift, coast when possible, no jack rabbit starts) I can get about 15 mpg. Speed also makes difference. I can pull 22 mpg on the highway at 70 mph, but that drops to about 20 mpg if I run 80 mph.

Ben, nobody with a Hemi Charger is going to be interested in a Prius (made by Toyota). The two are pretty much mutually exclusive.

A: Check out a product called HOLLY PRO-JECTION, it is a stand alone fuel injection system manufactured by the famous HOLLY carbs.

A: This will depends on your needs. If you travel a lot and / or have a bunch of kiddos, go for the Caddy Escalade. If you like the feels of a Sport Sedan that looks and run fast, go for the Charger. The dealer sells one that have the 425 Hemi with 425 HP if you like the extra performance and have the extra bucks to spend.

A: with that warhorse you are going to have to really beef up the electrical system on your car.the electrical upgrades will cost more than the stereo equipment.at least 2 high output alternators and 4 or 5 big car stereo batteries will be required to supply the amperage that amplifier needs.

I’m a 16 year old girl and my parents just bought me a 2007 Dodge Charger for about 14,000. KBB retail value was about 20,000.

A: its all around car from my experiences. I took one on a long trip driving from michigan to florida and back it was great. Nice comfortable seats for that long ride, great gas mileage. the charger i was driving had the 3.5L H.O. V-6 i was doing 70-80mph just about the whole time and was seeeing 27-31 mpg. Nice peppy little car. I hope that is the same engine in your car. I am saying that because that 2.7L V-6 is just too under powered for a full sized sedan. Just get used to driving a full sized car it takes a little while especially if its your first car.

my 2006 dodge charger with the 5.7L hemi, I am trying to change the spark plugs and well was told by the guy at the counter(autozone,oRiley’s,and Carquest) that it takes 2 diffrent kinds,,,,one for the intake side and one for the exhuast side…..can i just buy 16 of the same brand and size and put them in there?

A: use champion plugs back in it,i never use two different brand plugs in them once i change them,champions are what the factory used in them,chrysler products don’t seem to run and perform good on anything but champion plugs,good luck with it.

A: Depends on how you want to change the look you could get a body kit, lowering kit, ground effects, fender louvers, window tint, exhaust tips, paint, vinyls, graphics, different hood, spoiler, there is lots to do especially with a car that common. Now under the hood chrome intake, headers, plug wires, cold air intake, steel braided lines, radiator cap, nitrous, chrome supercharger, chrome turbo, different valve covers, fuel lines ETC. the best place to find what you want is to look around at other cars go to the drag strip, get ideas, look online.
