Q: how much will it cost to repair dent damage and repaint my 2006 toyota tundra?
I have dents on both sides of the truck from the back doors to side of my bed. How much will it cost to gets the dents repaired and the scraches fixed? The scraches go all the way down to the silver.
A: Well depending of the extent of this damage will vary from place to place. But, don’t be surprised with the quotes if you hear anywhere from 1500 to 3000 us dollars.

We were driving backwards in a forest and i opened the door by accident and did some bad damage. the door will most likely need replacing because there is a large dent in it and it only closes when pulled up and pushed hard. Every answer is much appreciated

** is the truck fully insured?? if so insurance will cover it….since cost may be more than ur deductible especially since u will need to get it painted to match and such…..
** can try junkyards and such but doubt will find one that matches in color/trim….
** body shop might be able to repair current door since it still closes……but will probably always have at least a minor dent or surface imperfection….

A: The frame cross member holding the spare tire up under the rear of the truck rusts at both ends, and can fall out of the truck, dumping your spare tire into the car following you, AND ripping-out your brakes.

A: The obvious solutions might include tire inflation, and a low restriction intake and exhaust. If you lower your truck’s ride height, it will make the Tundra aerodynamically “cleaner”. which should be a help.
Another aero aid would be some sort of cover over the bed to ease wind turbulence.

The steering ratio, and overall steering is soo bad I could vomit. I hate my Tundra 07′ truck. It doesnt compare to American trucks. Fords suck too though.

Q: How do I reset my Rattler Alarm on my Toyota Tundra?
I remember that I had to turn the ignition switch to on twice and hit the alarm button, or something along those lines, but it’s not working…help!
A: Open the passenger door, put the key in the ignition, turn it three times while depressing the gas and brake peddle. You will hear a series of dings, count the dings till 27, pull the key out of the ignition, drop the tail gait down, call 1800-tow and be patient. This is exactly the way I have to reset my Camry and Lexus.
